Occupational therapy is a rehabilitation profession which empowers people to complete activities that are important and meaningful to them. Occupational therapists are regulated health professionals who are members of a regulatory college. They can work with you to understand challenges or barriers that may make it difficult to live life to your fullest potential.

Occupational therapists work across a variety of settings including in community, hospitals, schools and long term care facilities. They work with people across the lifespan from infants to elders. They can work directly with people or can also provide advocacy, education and consultation.
